HoYoverse confirmed the two playable characters coming inZenless Zone Zero’s Version 1.7 update in the days following the launch of the ongoing Version 1.6. Vivian and Hugo will both join the game’s roster throughout the course of Version 1.7, with Vivian debuting during the first half as an Ether Anomaly character. Vivian is expected to mesh particularly well when paired with other Anomaly characters, likely acting as a strong teammate for Anomaly DPS characters like Miyabi and Yanagi. Vivian’s signature W-Engine will feature Anomaly Proficiency as its primary stat, granting the wearer 713 Base ATK and a staggering 90 Anomaly Proficiency when fully leveled to Level 60. The W-Engine’s unique “Silver-Spiked Feathers” ability provides a simple yet powerful effect, boosting Anomaly Buildup Rate andfurther increasing Anomaly Proficiencywhen dealing Ether damage. Vivian and her signature W-Engine are set to officially debut with the launch ofZenless Zone Zero’s Version 1.7 on April 23.
