The upcoming patch will focus on the story of the Mockingbird faction, a small gang of expert thieves that introduces both the ice attack character Hugo, as well as the ether anomaly agent Vivian. Both of these upcoming playable characters will be obtainable from their limited-time banners that will run after the patch goes live on April 23.
