The Bard set is one of the many different armor sets inThe First Berserker: Khazan, and while it doesn’t offer much in terms of defense, it’s arguably the best one to use if you’relooking to farm Lacrimaor other pieces of equipment.
Getting every piece needed for this armor set will involve a lot of luck, but if you know where to look, you’ll be able to craft it at The Crevice once all the necessary requirements have been met. Here’s what you need to do to get the Bard set.
Where to Get Bard Set Pieces in First Berserker: Khazan
Unlike some other armor sets, the Bard set does not come from any specific boss. Instead,it drops randomly from enemies. Players can expect random Bard set drops after they finishthe First Act of Revenge mission.
Farmable Spot and Chest - Skoffa Cave
The giant spiders in Skoffa Cave seem to have a fairly decent drop rate for Bard pieces. One such spider is near theBottom of the Cave Blade Nexus. Teleport to this nexus, turn around, then keep going until you reach the poison swamp area. You should spot the giant spider wading through the muck. Additionally, there’s a chest on the far-end side of that same areathat contains thegloves, pants, and boots of the Bard’s Set.
Bard Chest Piece - Night of Tragedy Mission
In the Night of Tragedy side quest, there’s a house with a chest containing the chest piece for the Bard’s set. Go to the Bhangau Lot Blade Nexus, then continue down the path past the frost archer. Hop down from the ledge at the end of the path, and you’ll see the house. Break the rubble blocking the door to reach the chest.
Higher-rarity versions of equipment will start dropping by the time players reach the Witch’s Castle mission, where they mustfind and defeat Trokka.
The First Berserker: Khazan - Bard’s Scroll Location
If you’re having a terrible time farming for the Bard’s set armor pieces, you may alwayscraft them once you unlock the Blacksmithand find the Bard’s Scroll inThe First Berserker: Khazan.
The Bard’s Scroll’s location isin the underground area of Palemion Citadelinthe Traitor Revealed mission. Proceed through the mission until you reach the castle, then, once you get the Citadel Key, open the locked gate leading to the dungeons. Look for the wall with loose bricks from the image above — smash it open, and you’ll find the Bard’s Scroll inside the hidden room.
The wall is in the room after the mess hall area beyond the locked gate. It’s facing the stairs that lead down into the dungeon.
Bard’s Set Effect
The Bard’s set inThe First Berserker: Khazanis designed for farming both equipment and Lacrima. Wearing pieces of it will grant you the following bonuses:
If you want to get as much Lacrima as possible, then wearing all five pieces of the set is going to be mandatory. Not only do you get that 25% Lacrima Gain bonus, but the increased drop rates also translate to more Lacrima earned per run since you can surrender items to Oksana at The Crevice.
