There’s a locked sewer tunnel that you can stumble across in Slatten Dale, the first region ofAtomfall. It’s not too difficult to find a way into the sewers, but once you do, there will be two locked doors waiting for you inside. One leads to the Control Room, while the other is the entrance to the Maintenance Room. Unfortunately, no matter how hard you look, there doesn’t seem to be a way into either room within the sewers.
There is a way to unlock these doors and fully open up the sewers, but it’s going to take a bit of exploration to find it. You’re going to need to get into the Control Room, find the Sewer Tunnel Key, and then you’re able to loot the goods inside the Maintenance Room.
How To Enter The Sewer Tunnels In Atomfall
TheSewer Tunnelscan be located inSlatten Daleat the coordinates24.7 E, 78.2 Non the map. When you find the entrance, it’ll be locked with a note titled “Yours For A Fair Price!” next to it. This note will reveal that anearby trader namedMolly Jowetthas the key that will unlock the sewers. She can be found at the coordinates26.4 E, 79.1 Non the map. You can either trade with her for the key, or kill her in cold blood and loot it off her corpse.
If you don’t feel like trading with or murdering Molly, there’s a storm drain located at the coordinates28.0 E, 79.4 Nthat will also take you into the Sewer Tunnels.
Once you’re in the sewers, you’ll see signs on the wall that will lead you to different locations. You can find shortcuts leading toCasterfell Woodsand Wyndham Village. There will also be signs pointing to both the locked Control Room and Maintenance Room. Watch out for the druids wandering around the sewers, and then follow the signs toCasterfell Woods.
How To Find The Sewer Tunnel Key In Atomfall
As you exit out into Casterfell Woods, head forward while avoiding or fighting the druids in the area. You’ll see one of thered telephone boothsthat are scattered about the quarantine zone.Head past that and take the path on the right.It’ll lead you up the cliffside. Keep going up until you’re on the ruinedoverpassabove.
Head south down this road all the way to the end.You’ll likely run into more druids, so be prepared for a fight. Once you reach the end, you’ll see an old gas station. On the right will be the back way into the Druids' Camp.On the left will be the back entrance to the Sewer Tunnels.This will be at the coordinates23.4 E, 83.6 Non the map.
When you enter the Sewer Tunnels and head forward, you’ll end up inside theControl Room.Go up the stairs to your right, and you’ll find a corpse at the back next to a desk.Loot the corpse to find the Sewer Tunnel Key.
You can unlock the deadbolt on the Control Room door and exit out into the Sewer Tunnels. Follow the signs to theMaintenance Room, and use the Sewer Tunnel Key on the door. Inside, there will be a variety of crafting materials for you to pick up. If you squeeze through a narrow passageway, you’ll also find a B.A.R.D. Crate with aTraining Stimulantamong other items inside.
