You can’t drink multiple Skooma to stack its effects and fly into the sky like inMorrowind, nor will you simply restore Stamina like inSkyrim. Instead, theOblivion Remasteredversion of Skooma is somewhere in between, and grants incredible Strength and Speed at the cost of your Agility and Intelligence.

Where To Find Skooma In Oblivion Remastered

There are two ways you can get Skooma inOblivion Remastered: purchase Skooma from a Skooma Vendor, or find Skooma out in the world. Because Skooma is an illegal substance, Guards will always confiscate it from your inventory, whether it has the Stolen flag or not.

So, if you see some Skooma and no-one else is around, it doesn’t really matter if you steal it or not – just don’t get caught. But if you want to be more careful, find a Skooma vendor out in the world, of which there are two.
