Where to Find Makinoodera Temple in AC Shadows
Complete the Prologue:
Once you have completedAC Shadowsprologue, and you gain control of Naoe, you’ll be free to return toMakinoodera Templeand begin collecting the Lost Pages. As previously mentioned, Lost Pages POIs – which are always located at Temples and Shrines – are one of the best methods ofacquiring Knowledge Points fast inAssassin’s Creed Shadows.
Makinoodera Temple is located in theKawachi Heightsprovince ofIzumi Settsu, the game’s first main region. To reach the temple, head inland from the Izumi Coast. If you head directly east, you will run into the temple after a brief ride.
All Lost Pages at Makinoodera Temple – Assassin’s Creed Shadows
If you’veunlocked Yasukeby the time you return to Makinoodera Temple, it’s a good choice to leave him behind for this mission. Nearly all the Lost Pages POIs require Naoe’s grappling hook to complete, so it’s always the better option to handle these tasks with her.
There are three Lost Pages in total at Makinoodera Temple. As is usually the case, they are spread out around the temple grounds.
Makinoodera Lost Page 1:
The first Lost Page is in the northeastern corner of the Makinoodera Temple grounds. The temple is sitting at an angle when you look at it on the map, so this is simply the corner on the eastern side of the building. It is found on the first floor of a burnt-out building. Make sure you useObservationby holding down L2/LT as you get close to your destination, as this will help reveal the exact location of the page.
Makinoodera Lost Page 2:
Lost Page 2 is a bit trickier, because it’s just outside the temple grounds. To find it, exit the burned building that held the first page, and turn left onto the main path that leads out of the temple grounds. At the end of the path, you’ll see a short concrete lamp post among the bushes and trees that line the path that sits perpendicular to the one you are on. The second Lost Page is tucked away inside the lamp.
Makinoodera Lost Page 3:
The third and final Lost Page at Makinoodera is not too far from the second. Head back onto the temple grounds, and make a beeline for the southeastern corner. There, you’ll find a structure that has been extremely damaged by fire. The final page is found on the upper floor of the building, on the small path of flooring that remains. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper floor and retrieve the final page.
