When the Adventure Club Vikings event ends,any leftover tokens will be converted into cash or dice rolls. This minigame is still pretty new, so we are not 100% sure for now. But if we go by how other minigames usually work, your extra tokens will likely turn into cash. The higher your net worth, the more money you’ll get for your leftover tokens.
Having said that, it would be a good idea to use up all your tokens before the event ends, especially since you can grab the Wild Sticker. Cash is easy to get in the game anyway. But if you ever need more, there are some easy ways to earn it.
