It has a much higher speed compared to the free horse you get early on, and can also be acquired for free. Although keeping the Unicorn from becoming hostile can be a bit challenging, so, here’s a quick guide to walk you through everything.

Where to Find the Unicorn in Oblivion Remastered

Players can find the Unicorn in theHarcane Grove, just south of the Imperial City inOblivion Remastered. When arriving at this location, make sure to have your weapons sheathed, as the Unicorn will become aggressive and start attacking you if you’re armed.

Now, to safely ride the Unicorn, you’ll have to get rid of thethree Minotaurs that are gathered around it. Since you can’t use your weapons near the Unicorn, defeating the Minotaurs can become a bit tricky. However, there’s a way you can beat these Minotaurs and ride the Unicorn off into the sunset.

Unicorn Attack in Oblivion Remastered

After you’ve successfully taken down the Minotaurs, return to the Harcane Grove and ride the Unicorn. As soon as you mount it, theUnicorn will become your current mountand will spawn with you whenever you fast travel somewhere. However, don’t expect the Unicorn to stand around and wait for you, as it’ll slowly start to walk to the Harcane Grove. Just mount it or simply fast travel to another location to bring it back.

How to Get the Unicorn to Stop Attacking

If you’ve accidentally made the Unicorn aggressive,it’ll start attacking you. Since Unicorn is the rarest mount in the game, fighting and eliminating it will be a mistake. On top of an angry Unicorn, you alsowon’t be able to fast travel, until you beat it in battle.

So, to stop the Unicorn from attacking players, they’ll need to find a location nearby that’s accessible. It can be a random inn, a building, a cave, or anything with its own separate zone. Once you find it, quickly enter and exit that location. Once you step out,the Unicorn will become passive again, and you’ll be able to ride it.
