The company looks to continue to offer more options in 2025, with a couple of new controllers officially licensed for Xbox and PC.
As revealed on the Turtle Beach website, the first of these is theAfterglow Wave Wired Controller. Available for $49.99, it features Hall Effect 3-stop adjustable triggers and custom lighting options, allowing players to create the look they want. Beyond this, the controller comes with two mappable back buttons, which could make it a good option for those who enjoyFPS games on Xbox and PC. Some other features include audio controls and five color options, including black, white, pink, blue, and gray.
Afterglow Wave Wired Controller
Turtle Beach has also revealed theRematch Core Wired Controller, offering a cheaper option at $29.99. While the gamepad lacks some of the features of the more expensive Afterglow, it still includes dual rumble motors and impulse triggers. In addition, Rematch has audio controls to help players manage communication during gameplay sessions. Similar to the Afterglow, this controller features five color combinations to pick from, each having a camouflage theme.
Rematch Core Wired Controller
While both of these controllers have yet to be released, they can both be pre-ordered. According to the website, they are projected to ship on May 18, meaning gamers will not have to wait much longer to get their hands on them. Furthermore, the two gamepads are compatible with the Control Hub Companion App, which offers more customization options forTurtle Beach controllers.
It should be noted that Turtle Beach is not the only gaming accessory manufacturer creating new Xbox controllers. In fact, a report has claimed that Microsoft could beworking on 3 new Xbox controllers.
