Trigger is a unique Stun character inZenless Zone Zero. Instead of having a kit that excels at quickly stunning enemies, her kit leans more into attacking while off-field, similar to Pulchra.
Not only that, but she’s still capable of fulfilling her role as a Stun unit by maximizing the enemies’ Daze while not taking any field time. While her kit is very useful to manycharacters inZenless Zone Zero, she still needs a proper build that helps boost these utilities. Therefore, here’s a guide onTrigger build inZZZ.
Trigger Best Drive Discs In ZZZ - Zenless Zone Zero
Trigger heavily relies on her Harmonizing Shot Basic Attack todeal DMG and Daze to enemies. This attack is an Aftershock attack that can be triggered while Trigger is off-field. For that, building Trigger withShadow Harmonywill increase her Aftershock DMG and grant her up to 12% extra Crit Rate, which is essential for her kit.
Trigger’s Additional Ability scales with her Crit Rate to grant her up to 75% extra Daze on her attacks, whichputs more importance on building her with maximized Crit Rate stats. For that, build Trigger withWoodpecker Electroand Crit Rate in the 4-slot next to her 4pc Shadow Harmony to further increase her Crit Rate. The rest of the slots can be Electric DMG and Impact to improve her performance as a Stun character and a decentDPS inZenless Zone Zero.
You can build Trigger withShockstar Discoif you want to focus more on her Daze DMG. The 4 pieces will grant Trigger 6% Impact on top of 20% extra Daze on her Basic Attacks. It’s not as good as Shadow Harmony, but it’s still a good Drive Discs set for Trigger inZenless Zone Zero.
Trigger Best W-Engines In ZZZ - Zenless Zone Zero
Trigger is already an establishedsupport character inZenless Zone Zero. However, when you build her with theSpectral GazeW-Engine, she gains an insane new ability to reduce enemies’ DEF by 25%. This ability alone further increases her value as a Stun character in any team. It doesn’t have to be an Anby team inZenless Zone Zero. Trigger is, surprisingly, a very versatile support who can work with a lot of teams.
Other than her Signature W-Engine, The Restrained is a 5-star W-Engine that offers to continuously increase Trigger’s DMG and Daze on her Basic Attacks. Trigger’s Harmonizing Shot Basic Attack is her best source of DMG and where most of her off-field attacks come from.
As for 4-star W-Engine choices, you can build Trigger withDemara Battery Mark II. The 4-star W-Engine increases her Electric DMG, which is rare for Stun W-Engines.Precious Fossilized Coresignificantly increases her Daze, which helps her Stun enemies faster. Finally,Box Cuttertargets Physical DMG characters likePulchra inZenless Zone Zero. However, it still increases Trigger’s Impact by up to 16%, which is great for any Stun character.
