REPOgained popularity right after its release due to a ton of hilarious content that players create themselves. Despite this, advancing through the levels is a challenge with increasing difficulty. So, in this guide, we will tell you aboutREPOdifficulty scaling.
Each next level will be more difficult than the previous one inREPO. And this applies not only to monsters and the required quota. So even experienced players can have a hard time surviving in the late game.
REPO Difficulty Scaling Explained
The first runs inREPOseem quite difficult. But as soon as you get used to thebehavior of monstersand learn the basic mechanics, you will complete the first levels without problems. However, further progress will again become a challenge for you, as the number of enemies will increase with each level. And thanks to the randomness, they can spawn in quite problematic combinations.
First of all, it is worth noting thatREPOdifficulty does not scale with thenumber of players in the lobby. So whether there are two or six of you, on the first level you will find only two monsters and a small quota. In other words, levels 1 through 5 are easier to complete with large teams. But keep in mind that it will be more difficult to buy upgrades and equipment for everyone.
Also, the further you progress, the more the map will change. Even thoughREPOhas only a few locations, Swiftbroom Academy on the first and sixth levels is significantly different. The map becomes bigger, gets new floors, and also more rooms with an abyss that you can easily fall into.
On top of that, your quota and thenumber of Extractorswill constantly increase. After level 6, players will have to carry loot in 4 Extractors. So even if your quota at these levels is around 18K, it is quite difficult to fulfill.
REPO Difficulty Scaling with Levels
To make your gaming experience easier, below we have created a table ofREPOdifficulty scaling. In it, you will find the estimated quota for completion, as well as the number of extractors on the map. However, the difficulty of your particular run will mainly depend on the RNG, namely on the monsters that spawn there.
