Bend Studio has released a newupdateforDays Goneon Steam, which upgraded the game’s visuals dramatically. The title will now take advantage of ozone and spectral light simulations, which should improve the game’s color tone and provide a more accurate representation of the sky and sunlight when outside. Gamers who venture out into the world at night may also notice a significant increase in darkness, which could spell danger for those not listening out for Freakers. The developers have also doubled shadowmap resolution when Shadow Quality is set to Highest in the game’s settings. All of this should make for an even more immersive experience as players step into the shoes of Deacon St. John.
