Kimimaro is a chilling antagonistwho manipulates his bones to attack his opponents. This makes him a tough ninja to fight, even for powerful shinobi like Rock Lee and Gaara.
While the sand jinchuriki’s assist aids Rock Lee when he needs it, Gaara was still pushed against the ropes by this powerful villain. However, before Kimimaro could land a blow to deal severe damage, his illness got the better of him, and he died moments before the killing blow, which was a bit too convenient for some people.

A Deflating End To What Was A Pretty Epic Battle Otherwise
Fans were glad to see Sakura enjoy her time in the spotlight during her fight with Sasori. She teams up with Lady Chiyo and lets the elder use her body like a puppet to deal immense damage to Sasori.
After his father and mother are unveiled as the puppets who will fight him, Sasori’s backstory is revealed as he’s shown yearning for their love as a child. This thought wormed its way into his brain at a convenient time, causing him to stand still ashis heart was stabbed by the puppets. As poetic as this moment, it was a disappointing end to their battle that stole a legitimate victory from Sakura’s grasp.

Technically, the fight between Sakura and Ino ended in a draw, but fans consider this a victory since this confrontation helped them take the first step torenewing their friendship. A highlight in this battle comes when Ino manages to catch her rival flush with the Mind Transfer jutsu.
However, this is when she meets Inner Sakura, an exaggerated portrayal of Sakura’s inner thoughts, who kicks Ino out in an emphatic fashion.
