Most of the purchases and business deals that a player makes inSchedule 1involve illicit substances and unsavory people. However, there are plenty of times when even the most dedicated kingpin needs to emerge from the criminal underworld and make some legitimate purchases.
Gardening supplies, food items, and basic tools can be found in black market locations like the Warehouse, but the player won’t have access to those kinds of connections until later in the game. In the meantime, every grow room needs garbage bags, potting soil, and most importantly, plenty of snacks for fun and mixing. For such purposes, here are themost important retail locations inSchedule 1.
7Hyland Auto
East Of The Docks
The introduction closes with the main character losing their main ride. Though it hurts to see that vintage Winnebago burn down, replacement wheels are available. Investing in a new car is worth it because it gives the player more speed and storage, but it takes a whileto save up the cash.
When the game first starts, players have limited access to Hyland Point, and it’s relatively easy to simply go by foot to meet clients or pick up products and supplies. As the player starts to gain more clients and make more money, however, they’ll eventually need a car to haul more complicated equipment and bigger units of product.
6Taco Ticklers
Downtown, Across From The Skate Park
Taco Ticklers is a fast-food jointconveniently located across from the central skate park and the motel where the player first rents a room in Highland Point. Plenty of deals take place here either behind or next to this building, and one of the first clients the player meets also works here.
This location becomes even more important as the game progresses. It still functions as a restaurant, but there’s a for sale sign out front. Ray’s Realty has more information regarding the price, and players may like to consider it as an option to expand the business when the operation gets big enough and needs more space.
5Shred Shop
Next To The Pharmacy In Northtown
Cars are great, but they require a substantial investment. Before the player has that amount of spare cash,a skateboard is a decent substitute. They range in price from $75 to $1500 and can go through places that cars cannot, like lawns and sidewalks.
The only major difference between the skateboards is how fast they are, with the slowest being the cheapest and the most expensive being the fastest. The proprietor of the shop is also a potential customer, but the player has to unlock this area of town first.
4Thrifty Threads
Next To The Barber Shop
It’s not essential, but it’s helpful and fun, so it’s worth visiting the local thrift shop even if it’s not very profitable. For those curious, there’s an ATM outside, and the clerk, Fiona, is a potential customer.
Changing the character’s look doesn’t have any impact on the game, such as improving the character’s Charisma or their ability to hide from the police; it’s just fun to do. Located on this same street are a barber shop and a tattoo parlor when the wardrobe is updated, but all that drug money still needs to be spent on bling and street cred.
3Gas Mart
Across The Bridge In Westville
Once the player reaches a certain level, Uncle Nelson reaches out and gives them the green light to buy a mixer andstart experimenting with combinations. The first few mixes the player discovers will include cannabis strains and products from the Gas Mart.
These include food products, like bananas and donuts, along with more complicated ingredients, including mouthwash and Viagra. There are a few different Gas Mart locations as well, so the player has a choice if time and money are tight. The cashiers are also potential customers provided the player has unlocked that part of town.
2Ray’s Realty
East Of The Post Office
The Motel and Mrs. Chiang only take cash, so players can rent a cheap room and The Sweatshop without using plastic. When it’s time to graduate to a larger commercial operation, Ray’s Realty has all the information one needs for larger, more industrial spaces, and the player needs to use a card to purchase or rent them.
Available spaces that can accommodate a growing business include The Bungalow, The Barn, and The Dock’s Warehouse. The cheapest option is The Bungalow, which costs $6,000 and can house 5 employees. The Barn and The Warehouse can both house 10 employees and cost $25,000 and $50,000. Eventually, the player should plan to buy all three.

Dan Hardware is probably themost important retail location inSchedule 1, especially when players first arrive in Hyland Point. Even though it becomes less importantas the player’s operation expands, it’s an essential location when the protagonist is building their first few grow tents.
The first few items the player can buy are simple, cheap, and flimsy, but they form the basis of their first commercial operation. Shears, a watering can, and a grow tent will eventually evolve into automated pot sprinklers and soil pourers, and Dan’s can still provide the player with larger quantities that will remain conveniently located on the pallet outside if they won’t fit in the player’s inventory.
