Capcom releases the full patch notes forMonster Hunter WildsTitle Update 1 ahead of its launch on April 4. It’s an exciting week forMonster Hunter Wildsfans as the popular game is set to receive its first major content update, adding plenty more for players to do and check out over the next month.
Capcom is looking to continue the momentum the game has had since it originally launched at the end of February.Monster Hunter Wildshas already hit major sales milestonesand, following suit with previous entries, Capcom will continue to build out and evolve the core gameplay through major title updates. The first is set to arrive on April 4, bringing with it tons of new content as well as fixes for some of the remaining nagging issues impacting the player experience.
As Capcom previously revealed during itsMonster Hunter Wildsshowcase, Title Update 1 is set to breathe new life into the game thanks to an infusion of new content for players to check out. One of the biggest additions is the Grand Hub, a gathering location for players to interact, eat meals, take part in mini-games, and more. Of course,Title Update 1also adds new monsters to farm, including the return of Mizutsune as well as a high-rank version of Zoh Shia.
Alongside new weapons, armor, skills, and side missions, Title Update 1 is also making major adjustments to the game through fixing bugs, adding quality of life changes to many Monster Hunter Wilds weapons like the Light Bowgun and Lance. The update also sees the addition of newArena and Challenge Quests toMonster Hunter Wilds, many of which are available for a limited time and offer players unique rewards for finishing them in time.
April 4 is just the beginning forMonster Hunter Wildsthough, as Capcom has planned additional updates to come throughout April and even into May. Later this month, players can take part in the seasonal event known as Festival of Accord: Blossomdance on April 22, before Arch-Tempered Rey Dau is added a week later on April 29. There’s also a Capcom Collaboration planned for May and the company has already confirmed thatTitle Update 2 forMonster Hunter Wildsis scheduled for release sometime in the Summer.
