Many fans have noted that this game mode seems drastically different from the previous ones, as the “gimmick” doesn’t really include gameplay. Clone Rumble allowed teams full of the same hero to face off against one another, but the gameplay shown in the trailer appears to be completely unchanged aside from the characters having larger heads.
On April 24 at 7 PM PDT, players will have the opportunity to purchase new skins for the heroesLoki and Hela inMarvel Rivals. Both costumes have taken inspiration from Kirisaki Mountain, a location often used by Marvel. The heroes can be seen wearing traditional Japanese attire with a bright white and green color scheme.
