The mode will be released for free for all players, likely via a new patch update on both consoles and PC. Although an accurate date wasn’t provided, fans can expect the new update to drop anywhere between Monday, April 14, and Friday, April 18. The last major update was released on a Thursday, so it’s possible that Warhorse may follow a similar schedule and release the mode on Thursday, April 17.
For those who might be unaware ofKingdom Come: Deliverance 2’s upcoming Hardcore Mode, it forces players to choose three out of ten negative perk effects, ranging from increased hunger to a decreased carry weight. These perks will then be permanent for the entire playthrough, alongside some other changes.
