InZOIdeveloper InZOI Studio has once again released a new hotfix update for its early access life simulation title. The latest update adds a new free camera in Build Mode, makes numerous bug fixes, and includes some much-needed quality-of-life improvements forInZOIplayers to check out right now.

The update is the third significant patch of the month. The previous one arrived on April 4 and included another highly requested feature, finally allowing players toprevent their Zois from aging, as many fans were complaining that the aging process was far too quick. The update also included a plethora of bug fixes, including fixes for Zois sleeping for excessively long periods, relationship points accumulating too quickly, and more. Fans were also pleased to see that the patch finally improved Zois’s behavior when eating food, as they will now actually eat the food after it is cooked instead of standing there and staring at the dish in amazement.

Less than two weeks after thepreviousInZOIupdate, developer InZOI Studio has once again released a new hotfix with another round of changes, fixes, and new features. According to the official patch notes, which can be found further down this article, the April 15 update has made improvements to the default camera in Build Mode and also added a new free camera option. Players who are used to using WASD to navigate can now enable the free camera in Build Mode and control the game as they would normally. There are also plenty of other notable improvements, including an update to the game’s light shadow casting.

WhileInZOIis undoubtedly one of the most graphically intenselife simulation games around, there is always room for improvement. The latest patch has improved the in-game character appearance and added new light shadow casting options. TheInZOIteam says that shadow casting effects have now been applied to both outdoor streetlights and indoor lights, which should deliver a more natural and realistic graphical experience. It also aims to address the long-standing feedback from players surrounding the “visual inconsistency” between characters viewed in the Character Studio and the ones viewed in the live game.

inZOI delays early access release date

There’s no new content in the latest update, but there is plenty for fans to look forward to. As detailed in the officialInZOIpost-launch roadmap, the development team behind the smash hit life simulation title is aiming to release its first major content update next month. The patch will feature in-game cheat codes, relationship improvements, an adoption system, Build Mode improvements, outfit updates, and much more. Further updates are then planned for August and October, featuring even more features and content for players to check out.
