Summary
Infinity Nikkiplayers can expect a lot of gameplay improvements in Version 1.5, chief among them being a complete overhaul of how Ability Outfits work. It’s no secret that Infold has been drumming up excitement over Version 1.5 for a while, as the upcoming patch is meant to be a major update forInfinity Nikki. It will introduce a new zone, dyes, multiplayer, and a new type of outfit evolution.
While players recently became aware ofRevived Outfits inInfinity Nikki, their exact connection to the dye system was yet to be determined. Existing 5-Star and 4-Star outfits were given a new Evolution in the game files for Version 1.5 which strongly hinted at new recolors. Rather curiously, it also implied that 3-Star outfits weren’t included in the feature.
According toInfold’s official overview of Version 1.5,Infinity Nikkiplayers will be able to obtain a new recolor of any 5-Star or 4-Star outfit after glowing them up. More outfits will be added to this feature infutureInfinity Nikkiupdates, and the system will also account for individual 5-Star or 4-Star pieces not tied to any particular set. Glowing up a 3-Star outfit won’t grant any new recolors, but the developers promised that players would be able to customize them through the dye feature by using gathered materials instead.
Infinity Nikki Fully Unlocks Ability Outfits in Version 1.5
The second major improvement in Version 1.5 comes in the form of separating outfit abilities from Ability Outfits. From Version 1.5 and onward, players will be able to assemble unique looks for theirAbility Outfits inInfinity Nikkiby going into the Ability Setup menu and choosing different clothing pieces for each ability. This feature will naturally come with an update to visual effects for non-default Ability Outfits, such as: Crystal Poems, Froggy Fashion, Breezy Tea Time, Shark Mirage, and Forest’s Fluttering.
Version 1.5 is also set tointroduce multiplayer toInfinity Nikkithrough Serenity Island, allowing players to team up with other stylists in an optional co-op mode. The patch will also add support for vertical camera screenshots, a way to save camera settings, and free movement for Nikki while taking a picture. Furthermore, players will be able to purchase poses, filters, and lighting from Leila, a camera merchant who will frequently receive new items in her inventory. As a sign of thanks, the developers will also send 10 Revelation Crystals to each player by mail when Version 1.5 launches on July 14, 2025.
