Pinnacle Coinsare one of the unique rewards that you can earn by completing various Arena and Challenge quests provided by Ricardo atthe Arena Quest Counter in the Grand Hub. They’re noted in their item description as a “commemorative coin bestowed upon those who have mastered the craft.” They’re a separate earning from the various monster-named coins that can be earned as well, such as Chata Coins and Rathain Coins.

While you can earn monster-named coins for simply defeating the monster in question during the quest, to further earn Pinnacle Coins, you need to put on your best performance. Completed battles in the Arena are ranked by the time spent attacking and vanquishing the monster, from C-Rank up to A-Rank.
