InThe First Berserker: Khazan, Phantoms serve as powerful enhancements that significantly alter Khazan’s abilities. There are eight unique Phantoms, each offering distinct effects once equipped. These are unlocked through specific Bonus Missions or by locating Ghost items tied to them. Beyond unlocking, players can collect additional items to awaken each Phantom further, enhancing their power and unlocking new abilities.
Every Phantom comes with a base skillthat can be upgraded to Level 20 by defeating tough enemies encountered throughout the game. This guide details where to find all Ghost items tied to Phantoms inThe First Berserker: Khazan, helping players fully unlock their potential in battle.
To equip or view a Phantom, players must visit any Blade Nexus andopen the Phantom Abilities tab.
Stormpass' Phantom of Combat
Tempest Cliff
After completing the 2nd mission, Blade Phantom will give you aBonus Mission that requires you to fight Keshta the Unyielding. Defeating him unlocks this Phantom form.
Witch’s Castle
Chaos-Infested Land
For this Awaken material,you will first need to lower the water levels, which you can do by pushing the lever next to the Floodgate(Blade Nexus). Once that is done, make your way to the Chaos-Infested Land and head down the stairs. At the end of the path, turn left to face off against an Elite enemy, after whichyou can use the lever to go straight to the lake. Climb down the ladder and make your way around by crossing the wooden planks andgoing in a circle to reach the place where the Undead Archer wasshooting arrows at you. Here, you will find the first upgrade.

Main Entrance of the Temple
From the Blade Nexus, open the gate and head to the right, going up the stairs. Deal with the two enemies near the ladder andclimb down to reach the lift that goes up. Ignore the lift and climb down the ladder, andin the distance, you can spot a building structurethat has a chest inside with the second upgrade.
Embars Ruins
Depths of the Forgotten Temple
Firstly, you need to make your way to the Depths of the Forgotten Temple (Blade Nexus),which is not one that you’re able to fast travel to. From here, go up the stairs, dealing with the multiple Dragonkin, and at the end,you will be able to go down a set of stairs leading to a large room with more enemies, some of which are shooting arrows at you from the top of the structure. You can simply ignore these enemies and head straight for the stairs on the far left. Right before entering the next area with the first Elite Enemy, turn around and make sure no one is following you. After that, you need to fight the Elite Enemy.After dealing with the enemy, look to the left to find it.
Lydia’s Garden
From the Blade Nexus, turn around and go down the stairs to reach the lift.The lift takes you to the bottom floor, but you need to stop at the middle, so hug the wall as soon as the lift starts to go down, and you will find yourself on a floor with a door on your right leading to a chest.Open the chest to find the first upgradealong with the Ashen Wolf Set.

After resting at the Blade Nexus,go up the stairs, and next to the statue, you will find the second upgrade.

From the Blade Nexus,progress through the mission until you reach the section with the hanging cocoons, right beforeunlocking the shortcut back to the Blade Nexus.One of these cocoonswill have a red glow on it,allowing you to throw your Javelin and drop the item inside. Pick up the item to unlock Wulfric the Resilient.
Hermit Mountains
Hermit’s Cave
After reaching the Hermit’s Cave (Blade Nexus), you may go forward to find three different paths,eachleading to a different mini-boss. Keep going straight, and when you reach the area with spiders in the puddle on the left, go up the stairs. From the statue,turn left and take the path leading down a spiral staircase. You will come across multiple Poison sacs and a Red-Eyed Boulder Bat.Deal with it and head forward. When you reach a split in the path near the petrified monster statue, head to the right path, which leads to a small cave with a chest at the end guarded by more spiders. The chest has the first upgrade.

Main Street Nexus
From the Blade Nexus,head left down the stairs to reach a lift that takes you to Andell. After talking to him,head down the ladder and make your way through the sewers until you have to fall down to the Failed Creationroaming in the room below. Before dropping down, turn left and drop down to the glowing item below, which is the second upgrade.

Burning City
From the Blade Nexus, go through the narrow alleyway and head inside the house where the enemy jumps out from.Go up the ladder and stairs, and you will come across an open door that leads to the balcony where you can use your Javelin to break the platform, which drops the Ghost Relic.
Valus’s Axe
Laboratory Basement
After interacting with the Blade Nexus,go forward into the laser trap room. Deal with the small enemies, and when you have the option to go left or straight, take the path on the left.You will reach the glass tubes, where you’re able to turn right and pick up the first upgrade.
The Vow
Forbidden Passage
From the Blade Nexus, head left and down the path until you reach the ladder. Climb down the ladder and go forward, and the floor will break. You can then drop down to the Elite Enemy, kill it, and open the gate at the other end.Go through the doorway, and you can attack the illusory wall on the right to find aSoulstone to break. Then head left and hug the wall to reach a room with two enemies and stairs leading down to another illusory wall. Inside the room, you will find a chest with the second upgrade.
Devoured Village
Underground Laboratory Entrance
Head right from the Blade Nexus and enter the room with lasers and the book on the shelf that you may interact with.Disable the switches here after dealing with the Dragonkin, then head the other way to arrive at the glass tubes. Disable the switch here and run through the lasers in the next room to reach a lift that takes you up.During the ride, hold forward to get off before the lift reaches the top, which puts you next to the item on top of the pipe.
Lacrima
Outskirts of Aldevir Central District
From the Blade Nexus, head down the stairs and turn left, going to the ground floor. Here,you can break a wooden crack in the wall to go outside and find a Failed Creation at the end of the path. Deal with it and head inside the building on your left.Turn right and go down the stairs, being mindful of the exploding enemy, before finally reaching the wooden beams. As you walk along the beams, you will notice an item below you that you can drop down to the platform and pick up.
Transcendental Sword
Tomb of the Forgotten
After resting at the Blade Nexus, drop down and head straight across the wooden beam, then drop down onto the metal platform.You will reach an open room with a statue—keep following the only path here while being wary of the undead enemies. Soon, you will reach a ladder that you may climb to reach stairs leading up to a bridge with a Servant of Chaos at the end. Deal with it and turn left to find a chest at the end of the path that contains the second upgrade.
Escaping Linon Mine
Mine No. 2 Central Management Hub
From the Blade Nexus, follow the main path by dropping down the ledge on the left and proceeding forward until you come across a ladder that you can climb up.Continue ahead, and once you reach the staircase leading down, make sure to drop down the ladder to create a shortcut to the Blade Nexus. Go back up the stairs and cross the bridges to find cocoons hanging above the spawning spider. Throw a Javelin at the corpse to make it drop and get the Ghost Shield.
Corruptors' Fortress
Breached Room
Open the shelf next to the Blade Nexus and go through to reach the stairs leading down. Here,you will come across giant moving balls that can hit you and make you fall to your death. Wait for them to go in one direction before making a run for it to the other side. Drop down onto the stone platform on the left and keep going along this path until you reach the second ball. Go across the narrow bridge while being cautious of the balls and the shielding enemy that starts charging at you. On the other side, go down the stairs on the left, which will lead you to a room with an Elite Enemy.Deal with it and open the door to one of the cages, which has a breakable wooden wall behind it.Behind the wall is a chest with the upgrade.

From the Blade Nexus, drop down from the ledge, and to the left, the second upgrade can be found on the ground.

Defeat the boss at theend of this Bonus Missionto unlock this Phantom.
Strange Melody
Grand Central Theater
From the Blade Nexus,head down the stairs and turn left immediately to spot a chestcontaining this upgrade.
After interacting with the Blade Nexus, follow the main path until you reach the ladder,which you can climb down to reach a balcony where the floor will break, allowing you to drop down on the Elite Enemy and deal with it. Look around the room to find this second upgrade.

Sector No. 4 Laboratory Wing
From the Blade Nexus, head straight, drop down, and turn left to go up the steps.Climb down the ladder to reach a large room, then head left past the large encased glass tube to find a lift going up. Move forward, turn left twice, then right to reach the wooden plank area. Carefully drop down one platform at a time and go down the stairs.Next to the side stairs, break the glass tube to find the Ghost Twin Blades.
Passage to Darion Castle
After resting at the Blade Nexus, go straight, then turn right followed by a left down the stairs.Turn left to avoid the trap and take the first right down the ladder. To the left is a room with a trap inside and the first upgrade.
Church
From the Blade Nexus, head outside the building and turn left, staying on the left path.As you go through the door, you’ll come across stairs. Go up via the left side and turn right into the room with more stairs ahead. Keep going straight until you reach the next set of stairs and continue upward.As you enter the room on your left, drop down to the ledge and follow it all the way to the end.Drop down once and break the wall to your right to find a chest containing the second upgrade and the Golden Set.
