On the other hand, Rune Essence can be obtained by mining the floating purple stones found all around the valley.
Once you’ve crafted a Rune Altar inside your base, you’ll requireone rock and five Rune Essenceto craft a Small Wardstone. Once you progress through the game, you’ll be able to craft more potent Wardstones that will restore additional armor HP.

There’s another way to replenish your armor bar, and it’s througheating various meals. Tomake meals inRuneScape Dragonwilds, you’ll need to build a Cooking Pot outside your base and combine meat and other commonly found ingredients like Cabbage or Redberries.
You’ll craft various meals that will not only provide moderate sustenance but also restore one-third of your armor HP. Although it’s not as effective as using a Wardstone, they’re good as abackup to keep your armor HP upduring fights when you run out of Wardstones. However, you shouldn’t rely too much on armor HP as it will deplete even faster than your health.
