Mining is a major component inRuneScape Dragonwildsthat involves mining different ores and Rune Escences. While mining ores is relatively simple, players can only mine Rune Essences through rune geysers. You canmine Rune Escences from geysersas soon as you start the game, but there are a few floating runes that are out of reach. Those floating runes can also be mined, and there are a few methods you’re able to use to achieve this.
How to Mine Floating Runes at Geysers in RuneScape Dragonwilds
There are plenty of Rune Geysers scattered around the whole map ofRuneScape Dragonwilds. When players approach one of the geysers, they can easily mine the rune stones scattered on the ground to get Rune Essences. However,the floating runes are hard to reachand cannot be brought down with a simple Pickaxe.
To bring down the floating rune stones, players will eitherhave to craft a boworuse a magic staff to cast a spellto hit one of the floating stones. After astone is hit with a projectile, it’ll fall down. So, players will be able to use a Pickaxe on the fallen rune stone and mine Rune Essence from it.
This will ensure players get themaximum amount of Rune Essence from a geyser, making farms more efficient.
