Where to Find Namira’s Shrine in Oblivion Remastered
TheShrine of Namira can be found in the east region of Bruma, just above the Silver Road. It’s not far from Bruma, and the trouble isn’t getting here, but fulfilling Namira’s request. Once at Namira’s Shrine, players will have to be at least Level 5 to begin the quest, but the more important factor is thatplayers must have a personality below 20to speak with her.

How to Get Cheap Wine in Oblivion Remastered
If the player’s personality ishigher than 20, then there are a few ways to temporarily lower it for 2 minutes. Players can check their personality stat from the character menu in the attributes section, and if it is above 20, it’s time to lower it. The easiest way tolower personality inOblivion Remasteredis by drinking Cheap Wine, as this will drain personality for 10 points for 2 minutes, and this effect can stack.
The easiest place to find Cheap Wine is in Bruma, as the Great Chapel of Talos holds the Chamber Hall down the stairs, where on a wine rack, there are dozens of free bottles of Cheap Wine, although players will have to steal them. Don’t drink them straight away. Instead, head back to Namira’s Shrine, and upon drinking them, immediately speak with her at the altar once your personality is below 20 so that you can start the quest and no longer have to worry about your personality levels throughout the adventure.
How to Use Namira’s Shroud on the Priest of Arkay in Oblivion Remastered
Namira’s quest involves players going to Anga, a temple found just south of Namira’s Shrine, where players must use the Namira’s Shroud Target Spell on the four Priests of Arkay that are found within. It is vitally important that players use the Shroud Target spell on the Priests of Arkay, as it will summon Nimara’s Followers to kill them. If players attack the Priests of Arkay, they will fail the mission, so simply use the spell and wait for the Priests to be killed. The four Priests of Arkay will wander around the inside of Anga, so follow the green marker to find them and use the spell on each. The spell itself costs 67 Magicka, so be sure to bring Potions of Magicka Restoration or find enchantments to buff Magicka if youcannot afford 67 points of Magicka..
How to Get the Ring of Namira in Oblivion Remastered
Once all 4 of Arkay’s Priests have been killed by Namira’s Followers, it’s time to head back to Namira’s Shrine. From the shrine, speak with Namira one last time (personality level does not matter for this step) and receive the Ring of Namira as a reward for the slayings within Anga. This ring has two special effects worth noting when worn:
