It is near the bridge, right across where you fight Captain Tago for his bounty. You will have tofirst clear the areaby beating him and his minions.
This can be a tricky puzzle to solve because you need toactivate three switches in the areato open the hidden door. You just have to follow the cables, but for your convenience, here’s exactly where you can find all three switches to get your hands on the Sigil of the Arcane inAvowed.
