The Crimson Fiend set is one of the best armor sets players can use for the Greatsword inThe FIrst Berserker: Khazan. It doesn’t offer as much protection as others, but it provides a substantial buff for Charged Attacks, Mortal Blow, and the player in general as long as they’re below half stamina.
This is but one of the many viableGreatsword armor sets inThe First Berserker: Khazan, and if rushing into battle is your idea of a good time, then the Crimson Fiend set is definitely worth trying out. Here’s where you can farm for this set as well as the location of its crafting scroll.
The First Berserker: Khazan - Crimson Fiend Scroll Location
The location of the Crimson Fiend scroll isnear the second Blade Nexus at Hermit Mountains, one of themain missions inFirst Berserker. Once you arrive at the Hermit Cave Blade Nexus, head outside to find a branching path.
To get the Crimson Fiend set, go to the path to the right, and you’ll find some rot trees growing in a large courtyard-like area. Go down the stairs and defeat all the enemies in the courtyard, then look for the Crimson Fiend scroll on the ground surrounded by several small rot trees. It is on the left side of the area relative to the staircase that leads down to the courtyard.
Where to Farm the Crimson Fiend Set
The good thing here is that the spot where you can farm for pieces of the Crimson Fiend set is very close to the location of the scroll itself. Once you get the scroll, fight your way through the ruinsuntil you reach a large staircase with two skeletons guarding the top. The skeleton with the greatsword is the one that has a chance to drop the Crimson Fiend set.
One of the rooms leading up to this large staircase serves as a shortcut that connects to the lower floor. You can also find the Bard there.
Defeat both the frost archer and the skeleton knight, then press onward.The map’s third Blade Nexus should be just beyond those two enemies. Tag it to respawn everything, then return to the two skeletons for another shot at farming the Crimson Fiend armor pieces.
There’s one big caveat here —it’s unclear if this skeleton drops the entire set, or just pieces of it. So far, we’ve only gotten the Crimson Fiend helmet and chestpiece from this enemy. Considering how you’ll already have the crafting scroll at this point, it’s better tojust make the pieces yourselfinstead of farming enemies for them.
