Players can reach the Whispering Swamp during the Dragon Slayer Primary Quest inRuneScape: Dragonwilds, when the Old Wise Man sends players to investigate the blue-flame door. Upon reaching the Swamp, Swamp Tars will be scattered around the ground all around it, or players can obtain them when defeating enemies in Whispering Swamp at night.
