Throughout the campaign since the prologue, the players experience living in three different locations inSchedule 1: the van, the motel, and the room above the Chinese Restaurant. However, getting a bigger house from this point on will be tied to some more story progression.

The players will not be forced to buy a certain house, but at one point, the room above the Chinese Restaurant will not be enough, leaving you no other option than getting a new base. That’s when players can visit a real estate agent to purchase a new property.

How To Get A Bigger House In Schedule 1

Before you can visit the real estate agency, you will need to make enough story progression to unlock the mixing machine. After that, Uncle Nelson will task you with crafting a first mix. Once it’s done, the next mission will require the player to visit three different locations, including Ray’s Real Estate.

That’s where the players can purchase new properties. Up until now, only three different properties are available for purchase via Ray’s:

Tips For Using New Houses In Schedule 1

TheBungalowis a great first step towards managing two neighborhoods simultaneously. Although it can host a maximum of five employees on paper, the house really is not big enough to fully automate it with five workers. However, it’s big enough to hire at least two employees to plant and package the materials.

With one loading bay, the player can order ingredients to be delivered to the Bungalow. The only thing the player needs to do is unload the deliveries and collect the trash.

It’s worth noting that hiring new employees also requires some story progression. It will be availableonce the player crafts a $60 mix, and then Uncle Nelson tasks them with visiting some new merchants inside a warehouse next to the West Bridge.

The Barnis the next step towards growing your business, and it provides a massive space that lets the player increase their production rate significantly. However, the only problem with The Barn is that it is located far from the main city area, and without a vehicle, it could take longer than usual to visit the location regularly on foot. So, it’s strongly suggested toget a carbefore purchasing The Barn.

Last but not least,The Docks Warehouseis currently the biggest base available inSchedule 1. It’s a late-game property and works best when it is fully automated. It’s a shame that the loading bays and employee limit do not improve with The Docks Warehouse, but the space this base provides is just massive. At this point, players can separate the production lines in The Barn and The Docks, setting each base to work on certain materials.

Not to mention that the previous houses, including the Bungalow, the Chinese Restaurant, and the motel room, are still available, providing more scattered space in the neighborhoods. These smaller locations can be beneficial for trying out various mixes and crafting new drugs.
