Although some players may be tempted to go with one ofthe game’s many two-handed weapons, others may prefer to take a more defensive approach to combat. For those opting for the latter, there aresix shields inRuneScape: Dragonwilds, all of which can be crafted once players have acquired the appropriate recipes and materials.
Getting all of the shields inRuneScape: Dragonwildsisn’t entirely necessary, as the Anti-Dragon and Dragonblight shields have the same block, weight, and durability stats as their bronze and iron counterparts do. That said, the two dragon-themed shields look a lot cooler and serve as something of a badge of honor for those strong enough to obtain them.
Wooden Shield
Power Level 1 | Block 26 | Durability 500 | Weight 5.5
Players can craft a Wooden Shield at a Crafting Table using 10 Ash Logs.
Leather Shield
Power Level 2 | Block 33 | Durability 900 | Weight 5.5
Players can craft a Leather Shield at a Crafting Table using 10 Leather and 6 Animal Bones.
Anti-Dragon Shield
Power Level 3 | Block 39 | Durability 1050 | Weight 7.0
Players canlearn the recipe for the Anti-Dragon Shieldby interacting with a glowing orb in a Vault in the Whispering Swamp area. After doing so, they’ll be able to craft an Anti-Dragon Shield at a Smithing Anvil using 12 Blightwood, 4 Wild Anima, 4 Hard Leather, 6 Opal, 8 Vault Shards, and 1 Vault Core.
Bronze Shield
Players can craft a Bronze Shield at a Smithing Anvil using 8 Bronze Bars and 4 Leather.
Dragonblight Shield
Power Level 4 | Block 46 | Durability 1300 | Weight 7.0
Players will be able to craft the Dragonblight shield after defeating Velgar as part ofthe “Dragon Slayer” quest. They can do so using the Dragon Visage that they got from the Wise Old Man in exchange for Velgar’s head, an Anti-Dragon Shield, 12 Vault Shards, and 1 Vault Core.
Iron Shield
Players can craft an Iron Shield at a Smithing Anvil using 8 Iron Bars, 4 Hard Leather, and 4 Vault Shards.
