How To Avoid
Water Orbs
Trokka conjures three glowing orbs in front of her, then proceeds to launch them at you one by one.Dodging these right before they hitis the best course of action.
Water Slam
The boss leaps back and strikes her umbrella on the water, performing a slash that travels in a straight line.She does this three times, so it is best to dodge all of them.
Umbrella Burst
Trokka moves back and charges forward with her umbrella, performing a Burst Attack.Counterattacking this lets you land multiple hitsbefore she raises her umbrella as a shield.
Purple Jellyfishes
The boss spawns six jellyfish around her that burst on impact, inflicting poison.Stay away and rush back in as soon as the jellyfish disappear.
Purple Orbs
Trokka conjures multiple purple water orbs above her head and launches them at your location.A well-timed dodge should help youavoid damage.
Umbrella Skewer
The boss pulls her umbrella back, causing it to glow slightly before anaudible cue signals an unblockable attack. The only option is tododge out of the way.
Flying Jellyfish
Trokka jumps into the air, flying in a circular motion while spawning multiple purple jellyfish around the edges of the arena. She also summonstwo blue jellyfish that restore stamina upon impact. During this phase, she continuously fires water orbs, whichyou must dodge left and right multiple times, delaying your final dodgefor the larger orb. She then launches multiple purple orbs simultaneously before executing anUmbrella Burst Attack, which you must counterattack.
Umbrella Dash
The boss dashes toward you with her umbrella extended.Dodge at the right momentto avoid this attack.
Umbrella Combo
Trokka can hit the player with her umbrella in a multi-hitting combo attack.Dodging or guarding both workwell in this situation.
Water Slashes
The boss attempts to stay in the air while performing water slashes at your location, which can be easily dodged.
Umbrella Dive
Trokka dives into the water and then leaps out from your location.As soon as you see the water below you starting to glow, dodge backwardto avoid the attack.
How To Beat Trokka In The First Berserker: Khazan
Trokka is one of theeasier bosses in the gamebut can be extremely challengingif players do not have an offensive approach.The boss specializes in ranged water magic, making her very annoying to deal with if you keep your distance throughout the fight.Almost all of her attacks cause Frost buildup, so it is better to try dodging them over guarding or parrying.
Players who try to stay up close to her can alsointerrupt most of her magic castingby hitting her multiple timesduring the animation. The water slam attack deals a lot of damage and can be difficult to dodge at first, but brink dodging it and immediately attacking the boss allows you to stop the attack altogether.
From time to time, when Trokka feels you are on the offense too much, she can spawn multiple jellyfish around her.You must get out of the area before they explode, or else you will get poisoned. This is different from the Venom status effect, asyour stamina bar will be greatly reduceddepending on the charges below your health bar.
After losing around half of her health bar, Trokka will perform the flying jellyfish attack for the first time. During this time, you must try to stay focused on her attacks while being around the blue jellyfish that give you stamina.Dodging from side to side after every orb landsshould help avoid taking any damage, and you can counterattack her last burst attack to get loads of damage in.
As almost all of her attacks cause Frost Buildup, it is best to bring someWater Cleanse Potionsandaccessories that increase your resistanceto the status effect.
