Jujutsu Kaisen fans becameinfuriated after Gege Akutami commented on Gojo Satoru’s death. Gojo and Sukuna fought for a long time, and the battle between the two was magnificent. Fans were excited to see two of the strongest sorcerers in history going all out. Unfortunately, there could only be one winner, and it turned out to be Sukuna. When the fight ended, Gojo fans were distraught because their favorite character was killed in such an obscene manner. They strongly believed that Gojo wouldn’t have lost to Sukuna in a fight, and the new statement from Gege backs up the claim.

The author disclosed that Gojo Satoru died because he let his guard down. If he had been more cautious, Sukuna would never have landed the hit that ended Gojo’s life. Gege Akutami might have thought that it would give readers some closure, but it had the opposite effect. In fact, fans were devastated to know that Gojo could have easily survived if he had just been more careful.
Prior to Gege’s new statements, fans believedthat Sukuna was the stronger of the two, and that’s why Gojo lost. However, it is now proven that Gojo could have won the fight and that he was superior to his opponent. Jujutsu Kaisen fans want the author to stop talking about things that happened. Hopefully, this will be the last time Gege talks about Gojo’s loss.
Jujutsu Kaisen Is One Of The Better Modern Shonen
Despite its flaws, there is no denying that Jujutsu Kaisen is an incredible manga series loved by millions of people around the world. It has a solid story and an interesting cast of characters. Gege Akutami has put a lot of effort into creating the manga, and it’s easy to see.
While the Jujutsu Kaisen manga has ended, the anime is still ongoing. A visual for the third season of the anime was released at Jump Festa 2025. There was also an announcement ofa new compilation film that covers the Hidden Inventory arc. It was confirmed that the film will be released on May 26, 2025. In spite of the film being just a compilation, fans are expecting it to break all manner of records. Some may consider it outrageous, but Jujutsu Kaisen does have an absurdly high fan following, so it could happen.
The Third Season Of Jujutsu Kaisen Will Be Incredible
There is a small possibility that the series could end up making an announcement about the third season after the screening of the film. Fans would be elated if it were to happen, especially since they have been waiting for a major announcement for months.
The third season of Jujutsu Kaisen was announced shortly after the finale of season two. The official X (formerly Twitter) account associated with MAPPA confirmed that the nextinstallment would cover the Culling Game arc, one of the most enthralling arcs in Jujutsu Kaisen. The arc has a lot of fights featuring the biggest names, so there are plenty of insane abilities on display.
Aside from seeing the action in the Culling Games arc, fans will want to know what happens to Itadori Yuji. With Gojo being imprisoned, there is no one strong enough to stop the higher-ups from assassinating Yuji. In fact, fans alreadysaw Yuta Okkotsu return in season two. The sorcerer stated that he had to eliminate Itadori Yuji. Considering Yuta’s skill level, it is safe to say that Yuji stands absolutely zero chance of surviving unless someone helps him out. The third season of the anime will uncover this mystery and several others.
