Epic’s storefront has just wrapped up a two-week period of cat-themed freebies.Epic Game Store users were first able to claimCat QuestandNeko Ghost, Jumpon March 27, followed byCat Quest 2on April 3.
Now that theEpic Games Store’s April 10 freebiesare available to claim, the platform also revealed its next week’s promotion, which won’t include any free games. Instead, the April 17 giveaway is solely centered on content forFirestone Online Idle RPG, a free-to-play incremental strategy game. Anyone who logs into theEGS version of the gameduring the promotional period will get $100 worth of digital goodies, as well as one exclusive cosmetic whose value is difficult to estimate.
The bonus content includes two character profile avatars, 200 Gems, 35 Game Tokens, 5 Prestige Tokens, 50 stat-enhancing Scrolls, and 360 Strange Dust for conducting experiments and training guardians in thefree-to-play incremental RPG. The offer also includes 10 Common, 5 Uncommon, 10 Wooden, and 5 Iron Chests—a total of 30. Every Iron chest comes with at least one Uncommon jewel, while Wooden chests guarantee getting a Hero jewel. Meanwhile, each Common and Uncommon chest includes at least one piece of Hero’s gear and Uncommon gear, respectively.
One final part of the upcoming login bonus is The Legendary Hoplite skin for hero Boris. This is an exclusive cosmetic that won’t be available any other way, so it’s not included in the $100 value estimate.Firestone Online Idle RPGis available on multiple platforms, including Android and iOS devices, as well as PC. However, it doesn’t offer cross-platform saves, so any bonus content obtained as part of this upcoming offer will only be usable in the Epic Games Store version of the RPG.
Epic Games Store users were already able to claim a similarFirestone Online Idle RPGbundleback in May 2024. However, that particular pack was offered alongside a free game in the form ofCircus Electrique. Since it’s rare for the Epic Games Store’s weekly giveaways to exclude a free game entirely, it’s possible that the platform has some surprises in store for next week.
