Gameloft has shared the patch notes for the nextDisney Dreamlight Valleyupdate. Called Wonderland Whimsy, the upcoming content drop is scheduled to reachDisney Dreamlight Valleyin late April 2025.
Gameloft’s hit life sim has been receiving regular content updates throughout its early access period, with this practice continuing following the game’s full-fledged release in December 2023.Disney Dreamlight Valley’s latest major patch was Tales of Agrabah, which rolled out on February 26. The developer plans to follow up on this release with Wonderland Whimsy, scheduled to arrive this Wednesday, April 23.
As is tradition, Gameloft shared the complete patch notes detailing the upcoming patch ahead of its debut. One of the highlights ofDisney Dreamlight Valley’s Wonderland Whimsy updateis a new Realm that can be accessed from the Dream Castle. Completing it will allow players to invite Alice fromAlice in Wonderlandto their settlement. The Cheshire Cat will also join the Dreamlight Valley at the end of the new adventure. Both new villagers will come with their own Friendship Quests and rewards. Befriending Alice will allow players to unlock the Talkative Doorknob Door, while the Cheshire Cat’s questline will award the Uncrafting Station, used for disassembling crafted items into their components, in exchange for a nominal Dreamlight fee.
The Wonderland Whimsy update will also introduce anewDisney Dreamlight ValleyStar Path, Garden of Whimsy, which is meant to commemorate the arrival of spring. The latest version of the game’s battle pass will task players with collecting Victorian and fairy fashion and hosting a tea party. The Garden of Whimsy Star Path rewards include new Dream Styles for Daisy Duck and Minnie Mouse.
Disney Dreamlight Valley’s limited-time Dreamlight Parks Festwill return with the Wonderland Whimsy update, providing players with yet another chance to prepare cupcakes and collect spring decorations. Compared to last year, the limited-time event will come with an expanded reward pool. Another new activity arriving as part of Wonderland Whimsy is the Cheshire Cat Chaos Event. While details are scarce, the changelog for the upcoming patch mentions that the event will offer “playful rewards,” though it suggests these may not unlock until later in the season.
More weekly DreamSnap challenges will be part of the package as well, together with a new inventory for Scrooge McDuck’s Store, which will rotate on a daily basis. The Premium Shop is also set to receive some additional content, including aStar Wars-themed collection meant to commemorate May the 4th.
