Yuki Tabata Makes Illustration for the One Piece Card Game
It was recently revealed thatYuki Tabata, the creator ofBlack Clover,made a special illustration of the main character ofOne Piece, Monkey D. Luffy. Check it out:
The illustration was officially unveiled last Sunday (April 6), in the latest issue ofShonen Jump, but it was leaked online last week, a few days prior to the magazine’s release. By that time, fans had already started to make comments, mostly positive ones. This special illustration was made for theOne Piece Card Game, and should be out for sale (or as a bonus card) soon. One Piece Entered A Short Hiatus After Chapter 1145
Unfortunately, aftermajor developments in the series,One Piecewent on another short break (honestly, Oda needs to rest), and there will be no chapter next Sunday. The series isscheduled to return on July 09, 2025.
Black Clover Returns in May With 2 New Chapters
On the other hand,Black Cloverfans now have something to look forward to. It has been announced thatthe series will return on May 2, with not only one, but two new chapters. The series recently moved toJUMP GIGA, which follows a quarterly publishing schedule.
So, while a return in May was expected since thelast chapter came out in January, fans were surprised to learn that two new chapters will be released. Astwo chapters were released in January, it seems the story is now dropping two chapters per issue.
Luckily,Black Cloverchapters are released on MANGA Plus simultaneously with the Japanese publishing schedule. So Chapters 379 and 380 will probably be available on the platform on May 1 (in PT/ET time zones), translated into many languages.
