Team Kurenai in Naruto

8Team 8

Kurenai’s Team Was Full Of Competent Shinobi

It’s a shame that Kurenai never got her chance to shine in the spotlight, barringan encounter against Itachiwhere she had to be saved by Kakashi. After all, she mentored three competent shinobi who were competent in their own right, even if Hinata was the only relevant shinobi at the end ofNaruto.

Kiba’s beastly techniques were fun to see but didn’t have a lot of scope for improvement, while Shino’s impressive powers took a backseat in Shippuden as he ended up being relegated to a comedy role. Meanwhile, Hinata’s association with Naruto allowed her to shine in the Pain’s Assault arc andThe Last: Naruto the Movie.

Team Guy in Naruto

7Team Guy

It’s A Shame That This Trio Became Irrelevant In Shippuden

Aside from Tenten, everyone in Team Guy boasted impressive potential and wowed fans with their power time and time again. Rock Lee’s mastery over taijutsu made his fight against Gaara a joy to witness, whileNeji’s natural talentmade him a force to be reckoned with.

Unfortunately, both characters didn’t get a chance to shine in Shippuden, with Guy taking over the role of the strongest taijutsu user and Neji being useful in a single scene during the Fourth Shinobi World War that ended in his demise. It’s a shame since Team Guy had a ton of potential but ended up being relegated to the sidelines after the time-skip.

After defeating Itachi and learning of the truth surrounding the Uchiha massacre, Sasuke swore vengeance on Konoha and changed the team’s name to Taka. This strong group took part in several battles and aided Sasuke in his quest for revenge, establishing themselves as competent shinobi in the process.

The Sand Siblings grown up

5The Three Sand Siblings

Their Bonds Are Strengthened After Naruto Helps Gaara See The Light

It’s hard to believe that Gaara, Kankuro, and Temari are related, given the fact that they look nothing alike. It didn’t help that Gaara didn’t love his siblings and treated them like tools as he receded into the depths of loneliness following his childhood trauma.

It’s not until his eye-opening encounter with Naruto that Gaara realizes just how important the bonds of friendship are. The Sand Siblings became a cooperative unit as a result that aided Konoha to make amends during the Sasuke Retrieval arc and have played a major role across several storylines ever since.

kakuza and hidan vs team 7 and team 10

4Team 10 (Asuma)

The Ino-Shika-Cho Trio Is Efficient

Asuma’s Team 10 formed a legendary Ino-Shika-Cho partnership that has lasted across generations. Shikamaru was the brains of the operation, Choji was the brawn, and Ino could use her Mind-Body Switch powers to infiltrate enemy squads.

Most people argue that Shikamaru was the only person who remained relevant in the latter stages ofNaruto, but that should take nothing away from the effectiveness of this team. Fans were glad to see Team 10 rally and defeat their revived sensei in an emotional battle during the Fourth Shinobi World War.

Deadlock! Sannin Showdown!, a Naruto episode

3The Sannin

A Legendary Trio That Went On To Reach Great (And Infamous) Heights

The Sannin attained this moniker under the watchful gaze of Hiruzen, who helped this trio evolve to become one of the strongest shinobi teams inNaruto. Their legacy speaks for itself, with Tsunade becoming a Hokage,Jiraiya turning into a renowned Sage, and Orochimaru becoming one of the most infamous villains inNarutohistory.

Watching them battle during the Search for Tsunade arc was a joy to witness, and it’s a shame that the team never officially reunited. After all, Orochimaru had seen the light and ended up warming up to the Leaf Village, but Jiraiya was long gone by the time he experienced this face turn.

Minato vs Team Minato

2Team Minato

The Three Shinobi Of This Group Play An Important Role In The Plot

Most people agree that the events ofNarutowere kickstarted following the creation of Team Minato. Kakashi was a prodigy who became one of the youngest jonin, Obito was a brash Uchiha with limitless potential, and Rin was the glue that held the team together.

Unfortunately, the horrors of warclaimed two of Kakashi’s closest comradesjust when he’d grown to understand his father’s actions and why looking out for one’s friends was the right thing to do. Obito did come back as an antagonist, and it was great to see the two make amends after Naruto’s powerful Talk-no-Jutsu.

Team 7 - Naruto All Teams

1Team 7 (Kakashi)

A Team Consisting Of The Series' Main Characters

It would be impossible to talk about the best teams inNarutowithout mentioningKakashi’s legendary squad. The Copy Ninja was graced with three of the most powerful and talented shinobi in the series, who have grown to reach immense heights as shinobi.

Even after Sasuke became a rogue ninja, his team never gave up on him and eventually helped him see the light. Team 7’s legendary aura has turned them into the best squad inNarutoby a country mile.
