“The Winter Raiders"is a late-game side quest inAssassin’s Creed Shadowsthat tasks players with eliminating a list of targets that are terrorizing the people ofKii. Like the other ‘criminal organization’ target wheels inAC Shadows,information on the Winter Raider targets is revealed as you complete the list. This particular quest features targets with levels in the high forties and low fifties, so it is better left until fairly late in the game, which is true for most of Kii. Once you feel like you are appropriately leveled, this guide will show youwhere to find all five Winter Raider targets inAC Shadows.

Just as their name suggests,all theWinter Raiders can only be found in winter. Currently, there is no way to manually change the season, at least not in any meaningful way. If that changes, we’ll provide an update here.

Yasha
Yashacan be found at the Elder’s House inKawakami,a small village in northernYoshino, Yamato. You’ll find the village just before the river Yoshino from the Asuka Rocks Basin. Elder’s House is a small compound that is heavily guarded, but there is a hole in the fence on the eastern side of the compound. Sneak up and enter the house to find Yasha.

Hayate
Hayate is located in northeastern Kii, right along the ocean inIseji Trails. If you ride north from theKumano Hayatama Taishashrine in Kumano Sanzan, you’ll run right into his ambush. Look for the ambush point on the map, which will allow you to sneak up behind Hayate and perform an assassination.

Akumu
Akumuhas a camp in centralNakahechi Route, Kii.If you have theTakahara Kakuregaunlocked, her camp is a short walk northeast. If you don’t have the fast-travel point, make your way to the woods to the northeast of Takahara Village to find the camp.

Sobei
Sobeiis the easiest Winter Raider to find. He is simply carousing in the backyard of a small home in centralGobo,the small village on the southern shore ofSazae Oni Shores,Kii.This is the region’s southwestern-most province. Sobei is located to the southwest of the Gobo Kakurega.

Jinbei
The leader of the Winter Raiders,Jinbei, is found in an ocean cave south of Tanabe, the southernKiivillage overrun by bandits. The POI is calledSandanbeki Cave, and it can be a bit tricky to find the entrance if you don’t know where to look. On foot, you’re able to enter the cave on the northern side of the peninsula. If you look closely at the map, you’ll see a path that leads to the entrance fromTanabe. You can enter by boat at the western edge. On the map, the entrance looks like a fist punching into the peninsula. Jinbei is deep within the cave, which is heavily guarded. Be prepared to fight.
