To upgrade the truck, the player needs totalk to the mechanic in the town, Jose. He will give you a quest to catch white fox spirits thatrun around the map in designated locations. Once players catch these roaming spirits, they’ll upgrade the truck in different ways, unlocking new functionalities and making the truck more efficient.
This makes the gameplay feel better in the long run and gives the player a natural sense of progression as they explore more of the map.
